We collect the minimum needed to deliver the Audit, we use it for nothing else, and we never sell it or use it in marketing. Your discovery call stays between you and Cristian.

To take payment: your name and email, handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

To schedule calls: your name, email, and the times you pick, handled by Cal.com.

To produce your report: the discovery call recording and transcript, and whatever you choose to tell us about your business.

On this website: anonymous, aggregate visit statistics through Umami, a cookieless analytics tool. It sets no cookies, stores no personal data, and cannot follow you across sites. There is no other tracking.

Everything collected is used for exactly one purpose: producing and delivering your Audit. Transcripts are analyzed with AI tools; we only use services that do not train their models on your content.

Your data is never sold. Recordings, transcripts, and findings are never shared beyond the processors below, never used in marketing or testimonials without your explicit written permission, and never reused for other clients.

Stripe (payment), Cal.com (scheduling), the video call provider used for your calls, Fathom (call recording and transcription), Anthropic (transcript analysis), Umami (anonymous visit statistics), and our website hosting provider. Each receives only what it needs for its function.

Recordings and transcripts are kept while your Audit is being delivered and for 12 months after, in case you come back to the findings, then deleted. Your report and basic contact details are kept for our records. You can request earlier deletion at any time and we will comply within 14 days.

You can ask at any time to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. One email to hello@tabswell.com is enough.

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Continued use of the site after a change means the current version applies.
