Terms of service.

Tabswell provides a one-time, fixed-price audit (the "Audit"): a 45-minute recorded discovery call, an analysis of your workflows, a written report prescribing 3 to 7 off-the-shelf tools, a 4-day quick start plan, and a 30-minute review call. The Audit is delivered personally by Cristian Simion. By purchasing the Audit you agree to these terms.

The Audit costs $999, paid once, by card through Stripe. Your card statement will read TABSWELL. Payment is due before the discovery call is booked.

If the Audit cannot identify at least 5 hours a week of recoverable time across your team, you get a full refund of the $999. You are the referee: the hours are shown in writing with the supporting math, and if you review the findings on the review call and do not agree they are real, say so on that call and the refund is yours. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 business days.

The guarantee covers identification of recoverable time. It does not cover business results from adopting the recommendations, which depend on execution and circumstances outside our control.

This guarantee applies to the Tabswell Audit specifically and takes precedence over section 4 below.

Outside the guarantee in section 3, fees are non-refundable. Genuine exceptional circumstances are considered case by case; write to hello@tabswell.com.

Calls are booked through our scheduling page. You can reschedule either call free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts. If you miss a call, contact us and we will rebook it; the Audit is not forfeited by a missed call.

The quality of the Audit depends on the accuracy of what you tell us during discovery. You agree to answer honestly and to have someone on the calls who actually knows how the business runs day to day. All decisions about adopting, purchasing, or configuring any recommended tool remain yours.

The discovery call is recorded and transcribed so nothing gets lost. Recordings and transcripts are used only to produce your report and are handled as described in our privacy policy. If you do not want the call recorded, tell us before it starts and we will take written notes instead.

Everything you share with us is treated as confidential by default, whether or not an NDA is in place. We are glad to sign your NDA before the discovery call, or to provide a simple mutual NDA on request. Nothing you share is used in marketing, shared with third parties beyond the processors listed in the privacy policy, or reused for other clients.

The report is yours. Use it inside your business freely, share it with your team, act on any part of it. You may not resell it or republish it as your own product.

The report is professional advice based on the information you provided and on the tool landscape at the time of writing. Tools named in the report are third-party products: their pricing, features, and terms are theirs and can change. Estimates of hours and financial impact are good-faith estimates, not promises of results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Audit is limited to the fees you paid for it.

We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your purchase applies to your Audit. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
